Your Privacy Choices

Available requests

Depending on your location and the law that applies, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, objection to processing, withdrawal of consent, opt-out of marketing, opt-out of sale/share/targeted advertising, limitation of sensitive personal information, or information about automated decision-making.

Do Not Sell or Share

We do not knowingly sell personal information for money. Some advertising or attribution activity may be considered sharing or targeted advertising under California or other US privacy laws. You may opt out by choosing essential-only cookies, using Global Privacy Control, or emailing [email protected] with the subject line "Do Not Sell or Share."

Opt-out preference signals

Where technically detectable, Global Privacy Control or a similar legally recognized opt-out preference signal is processed automatically for the browser sending the signal. You may still email us if you want an account-level request or if your browser signal is not available.

How to submit

Email [email protected] with the subject line "Data Request." Include your email address, the type of request, your country and state of residence, and enough information for us to identify the relevant account, checkout, audit, report, or cookie choice.

Verification

We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling access, correction, deletion, portability, or similar requests. We will only request information reasonably necessary to verify and process the request, and we may decline requests that cannot be verified, are fraudulent, are excessive, or conflict with legal obligations.

Response timing

We aim to respond within the time required by applicable law. Complex requests, legal holds, billing records, fraud-prevention records, chargeback records, tax records, backups, or security logs may require additional time or limited retention.

Authorized agents

If an authorized agent submits a request on your behalf, we may request proof of authorization, confirmation that the agent may act for you, and direct verification from you where permitted or required by law.

Appeals and complaints

If you believe we denied your request incorrectly, reply to our decision email with the subject line "Privacy Appeal" and explain why you believe the decision should be reconsidered. You may also contact your local data protection authority or privacy regulator where applicable.
