Operator

These Terms are between you and Roast My Funnel OÜ, registered at Harju maakond, Tallinn, Kesklinna linnaosa, Tornimäe tn 5, 10145, Estonia.

Acceptance

By accessing the website, creating an account, submitting a URL, buying a report, redeeming a credit, or using any Roast My Funnel output, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Refund Policy, and any checkout terms shown at purchase. If you use the service for a company, you confirm that you are authorized to bind that company.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into contracts. The service is intended for business use, founders, marketers, agencies, and similar professional users.

Service

Roast My Funnel provides website and funnel audit outputs based on submitted URLs, visible page context, synthetic buyer persona simulations, and generated recommendations. Reports are designed to support business decisions, not guarantee specific conversion outcomes.

The service does not provide legal, tax, financial, medical, employment, accessibility, security, or other regulated professional advice. You are responsible for deciding whether recommendations are appropriate for your business, market, brand, and legal obligations.

Reports are not a substitute for A/B testing, analytics, professional review, or legal, advertising, privacy, accessibility, or platform-policy compliance review. You are responsible for any claim, advertisement, disclosure, privacy notice, consent banner, pricing statement, testimonial, guarantee, or landing-page change you publish based on a report.

Supported URLs

Roast My Funnel only supports public or staging URLs that our systems can access without login credentials, VPN access, CAPTCHA, IP allowlisting, special cookies, paywalls, or other access controls. We may verify submitted URLs before checkout or report generation. URLs that are private, blocked, unreachable, or not live web pages may be rejected, deferred, or held as unused credit.

For plans that include more than one URL, if at least one submitted URL is eligible, we may run the audit on the eligible URL and keep the ineligible URL allocation as a credit for another eligible public or staging page. You must not submit credentials, session cookies, private customer data, or pages you are not authorized to audit.

You represent that every submitted URL is owned by you, controlled by you, or submitted with permission from the lawful owner. You must not submit customer portals, admin panels, confidential documents, health, financial, government ID, payment card, or other sensitive personal data.

Acceptable use

You must not use the service to attack, overload, reverse engineer, scrape private systems, bypass access controls, inspect confidential pages without permission, test vulnerabilities, interfere with infrastructure, violate intellectual property rights, or generate illegal, harmful, deceptive, discriminatory, defamatory, or abusive content.

You must not use the service where doing so would violate sanctions, export controls, trade restrictions, platform rules, or laws that apply to you, your submitted URLs, your customers, or your market.

We may suspend or refuse service, block requests, withhold report generation, remove access, or decline refunds where use appears abusive, unauthorized, fraudulent, unlawful, or risky to the service, our vendors, or third parties.

Accounts and checkout

You are responsible for keeping your account, email inbox, magic links, and devices secure. We may treat actions taken through your account or checkout session as authorized unless you promptly notify us of suspected compromise.

Payments are processed by Stripe or another approved payment provider. We do not store full payment card numbers. Prices, taxes, discounts, credits, and plan limits are shown at checkout and may change prospectively. You authorize us and our payment provider to charge the payment method you provide for the selected purchase and any applicable taxes.

If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact us before filing a chargeback so we can investigate. We may provide transaction, account, URL, delivery, and support records to payment providers, banks, card networks, or dispute processors to answer chargebacks, fraud claims, or billing disputes.

Generated output

Audit reports may include AI-generated analysis, synthetic buyer persona reactions, scoring, suggestions, and examples. Output may be incomplete, incorrect, outdated, biased, or unsuitable for your specific business. Synthetic personas are not real people, a survey, legal compliance review, statistical market research, or a guarantee that customers will behave in a particular way.

You are responsible for human review before using any report, claim, design recommendation, pricing suggestion, copy suggestion, accessibility observation, or conversion recommendation. You are responsible for testing and validating changes on your own site.

We may use automated quality review or repair passes to reduce broken, incomplete, unsupported, or internally inconsistent output. These controls improve reliability but do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, conversion lift, legal compliance, ad-platform approval, or business results.

Advertising and marketing compliance

If you use a report, recommendation, score, phrase, screenshot, persona reaction, or example in advertising, landing pages, email, SMS, sales outreach, testimonials, endorsements, guarantees, comparisons, pricing claims, or public marketing, you are solely responsible for substantiating the claim, including clear and conspicuous disclosures, and complying with all laws, platform rules, and industry rules that apply to your business.

We do not review your campaigns for FTC, state consumer-protection, CAN-SPAM, TCPA, privacy, accessibility, endorsement, testimonial, sweepstakes, pricing, refund, industry, or ad-platform compliance. You must not present Roast My Funnel output as legal approval, compliance clearance, consumer research, certified testing, guaranteed conversion lift, guaranteed ad approval, or proof that a claim is lawful.

Intellectual property

Roast My Funnel owns the site, brand, software, templates, scoring methods, report formats, buyer persona structures, prompts, product design, and service content. You retain rights to your own website content and submitted materials.

You grant us a limited license to access, process, reproduce, screenshot, analyze, store, and display submitted URLs and related content only as needed to provide, secure, support, improve, and document the service, subject to the Privacy Policy and any applicable DPA. Paid reports may be used for your internal business purposes and shared with your team, clients, contractors, or advisors for that purpose.

You may not resell the service, copy report templates as a competing product, remove branding from generated materials where branding is included, or use the service to train a competing model or product unless we agree in writing.

Confidentiality and publicity

Do not submit confidential or private information unless it is necessary for the service and you are authorized to do so. We will not publicly identify you as a customer or publish your private report content as a case study without permission, except for anonymized or aggregated information that does not reasonably identify you.

Privacy and California rights

Personal data is handled under the Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and Data Processing Agreement where applicable. These Terms do not waive non-waivable privacy rights, including rights available to California residents or other protected consumers under applicable law.

Availability and changes

We may update, suspend, rate-limit, block, or discontinue parts of the service. We do not promise uninterrupted availability, specific report timing, compatibility with every website, or that every page can be reached, rendered, or audited. We may modify these Terms prospectively by posting an updated version with a new effective date.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, uninterrupted operation, and results, except where such disclaimers are prohibited by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Roast My Funnel OÜ and its officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, and vendors are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, punitive, lost-profit, lost-revenue, lost-data, lost-goodwill, business interruption, or replacement-service damages.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability for all claims relating to the service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us for the affected service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim or USD 100. This cap does not limit liability that cannot legally be limited.

Indemnity

You will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Roast My Funnel OÜ, its officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, and vendors from claims, damages, liabilities, losses, penalties, costs, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your submitted URLs, customer content, unauthorized use, violation of these Terms, violation of law, or infringement of third-party rights.

Disputes

Before starting a formal claim, both sides agree to try to resolve the issue in good faith by sending a written notice describing the dispute and allowing 30 days for response, unless emergency relief or a non-waivable legal right requires faster action.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, claims must be brought individually and not as a class, collective, consolidated, private attorney general, or representative action. Nothing in this section limits non-waivable consumer, privacy, payment card, or regulatory rights.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by Estonian law and applicable European Union law, unless mandatory consumer protection rules in your country or state require otherwise. Courts located in Estonia have jurisdiction unless applicable law gives you a mandatory right to bring claims elsewhere.
