Available requests
Depending on your location, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, objection to processing, or withdrawal of consent.
How to submit
Email [email protected] with the subject line “Data Request.” Include your email address, the type of request, and enough information for us to identify the relevant account or audit.
Verification
We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling a request. We will only request information reasonably necessary to verify and process the request.
Response timing
We aim to respond within the time required by applicable law. Complex requests, legal holds, billing records, fraud-prevention records, or security logs may require additional time or limited retention.
Authorized agents
If an authorized agent submits a request on your behalf, we may request proof of authorization and may still need to verify your identity directly.
