Refund Policy

Digital audit reports

Roast My Funnel sells digital audit reports. Once a report has been successfully generated and delivered, refunds are generally not automatic because the digital service has already been performed.

Failed audits

If a paid audit cannot complete because our system fails to access or process an eligible public or staging URL, we may offer a re-run, credit, or refund.

Private, login-protected, VPN-only, CAPTCHA-gated, IP-restricted, unreachable, or otherwise ineligible URLs are not considered eligible public or staging URLs. If a plan includes multiple URLs and at least one URL is eligible, we may run the eligible URL and keep the ineligible URL allocation as credit for another eligible page.

Quality concerns

If you believe a completed report is materially defective or clearly below the promised standard, contact us within 7 days of purchase. We may review the issue and offer a re-run, credit, partial refund, or full refund at our discretion.

Duplicate purchases

If you accidentally purchase the same audit more than once, contact us as soon as possible. Duplicate payments may be refunded if the duplicate report has not been used or separately delivered.

Agency credits

Agency bulk packages, credits, or custom plans may have separate written terms. Unless those terms say otherwise, unused credits are not automatically refundable after the agreed service period begins.
